We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Bilingual Community Engagement Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the smooth operation of our continuous improvement projects and efforts to support our service provider network.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community partners, service providers, employers, and job seekers. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing project plans, fostering effective public relations and communications, and collecting and analyzing key data and insights.
- Develop and execute project plans for identified strategies
- Foster effective public relations and communications regarding our priorities and outcomes
- Administer membership records and facilitate discussions with community, industry, and strategic partners
- Collect and analyze key data and insights derived from technology platforms, surveys, and consultations
You will also be responsible for coordinating change management and training initiatives across Ontario, developing presentation materials, and maintaining thorough records of activities and progress.
Key QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with a strong background in community engagement, training, or change management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in this field is required, as well as a college diploma in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- College Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Training & Change Management certifications an asset
You should have excellent facilitation skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with training platforms and project management platforms are also assets.
