Our organisation has been working in the community for decades and has a strong Aboriginal presence with a significant proportion of our staff and clients being First Nations persons.

We are looking for a new person to handle our day-to-day management needs, who has the following experience:

- Managing a team of at least 20 people
- Managing the day-to-day operations for an entire organisation
- Direct report to the Board

In order to achieve a job at the top of the pay scale, the applicant would need the following:

- Proven success applying for government grants
- Experience in Event Management, enabling and training staff to run it themselves, and documenting the process
- Previous work in an environment that is dependent upon government grants
- Previously held a position on a Board for an organisation of a similar size
- Experience supporting Aboriginal cultural requirements within an organisation

We encourage Aboriginal persons, persons living with a disability, and people with a variety of lived experiences to apply for this role.
