The Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Parkside, a DePaul Community Residence-Single Room Occupancy (CR-SRO) Program in East Rochester. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing maintenance cleanliness and upkeep of the building and grounds.

Your primary responsibilities will include making repairs of the building, equipment, and machinery as needed, repairing lights, plumbing, windows, and screens, and performing simple carpentry when needed. You will also be responsible for replacing/repairing carpet and tile, performing interior and exterior painting as needed, and obtaining bids for larger projects.

- Participates in staff meetings and in-services.Works independently and with other maintenance staff to ensure that agency deadlines and priorities are met.Fulfills all requirements and expectations outlined by the job description.
