About the Role

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Sales Associate to promote our brand through exceptional customer service, sales skills, and visual merchandising expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Skills: Develop strong sales skills to help customers find the perfect fit and achieve business goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits.
  • Customer Service: Provide great customer service to create a welcoming store environment.
  • Merchandising: Perform point of sales transactions and maintain visually appealing displays.
  • Teamwork: Support coworkers and maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds).
  • Work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Benefits:

  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year estimated salary based on location.
  • Flexible scheduling with 4 hour, 8 hour, day, and evening shifts.
