Ricki's, a leading destination for fashionable workwear, is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Sales Ambassador to create an exceptional brand experience for customers shopping in-store.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the brand through knowledge and understanding of product, business, and values. This includes developing and growing with training and development opportunities, as well as providing great customer service and using sales skills to find the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow with training and development opportunities
  • Flexible scheduling and shifts
  • Help customers feel great by providing great customer service and using sales skills to find the perfect fit
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of product, business, and values
  • Perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks
  • Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Secure company assets through strong loss prevention awareness

Requirements:

  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds)
  • Has flexible availability; sales associates can work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Job Details:

  • Part-time, permanent
  • $15.50 per hour
  • Store discount
  • Flexible language requirement: French not required
  • Shift: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday
