We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Product Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs and preferences.
- Promote new business opportunities by seeking out new customers and building relationships with existing ones.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
- Use effective closing techniques to maximize sales and meet productivity goals.
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
- Set and achieve monthly productivity goals and follow all dealership processes and procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records using our computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- A valid British Columbia Driver's License and a good driving record.
- A Current VSA MDC License.
