As a Patient Services Specialist, you'll play a critical role in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients. Responsibilities will include warmly greeting patients, checking them in and out, communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email, billing patients and their medical service providers, administering pre-testing services, managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments. You'll also be responsible for upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills.

We're looking for someone with customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment, who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and has a high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite. A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet patients as they enter our clinic
  • Check patients both in and out of the office
