As a Production Specialist at Heroux-Devtek, you will play a crucial role in the design, qualification, manufacture, and repair of landing gears and flight critical components. Our team specializes in serving the civil and military aerospace markets from production facilities in North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, assembly, testing, inspection, and evaluation of mechanical and hydraulic components
- Using hydraulic or mechanical equipment to assemble parts according to specified protocols
- Reading and interpreting drawings, instructions, procedures, or standards
- Recording required data and making necessary modifications to ensure results are achieved
- Preparing reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of one of the following diplomas or 2 years' relevant experience as an assembler: DEP (Aerospace structural assembly / aerospace mechanical assembly / industrial construction and maintenance mechanics / automotive mechanics / structural and architectural assembly) DEC (Aircraft construction techniques / aircraft maintenance techniques / automotive mechanics / mechanical engineering / aerospace) AEC (Mechanical manufacturing / mechanical design / aeronautical methods officer / aircraft maintenance)
We are seeking individuals with mastery of hydraulic principles and component assembly, good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and successful completion of various skills assessment tests.
