Occupational Therapist

Lifemark's Home and Community Care division, Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments throughout Ontario.
The ILS assessments will be completed in the residential homes of injured workers, focusing on Personal Care, Home Safety, Home Accessibility, and Mobility assessments.
Requirements include being in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists and having a minimum of 3 years of work experience, as well as being an Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP Authorizer) for mobility assessments.
