Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Atlantic Roll Forming. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method for our products.
- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Conduct quality control checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer information.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
