Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Fraserway RV LP. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when visiting our dealership.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure that all vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Assist with the scheduling of service appointments and ensure that all necessary information is communicated to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service work, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that customers are aware of any additional services or repairs that may be required.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a service advisor or similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
