Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Aveda West Edmonton Mall. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective coaching and mentoring
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer service results
- Strong operational skills, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office
