Advanced Supplier Management Specialist

About the Role:
Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Advanced Supplier Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business decisions and improve supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and standardize data collection/maintenance structure for evaluating supplier performance.
- Conduct analysis on various qualitative and quantitative data to drive recommendations.
- Collaborate with assessment teams to embed data-driven intelligence into supplier capability assessments.
- Streamline and automate activities related to historical reviews of supplier performance.
- Collaborate with functional leads to maintain data around team metrics and supplier capability assessments.
- Utilize dashboards to illustrate historical trends and observations for suppliers.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Strong data analysis/synthesis skills to consolidate assessment observations and track improvement actions.
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to link capability assessment outcomes to business objectives.
- Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of MS Office applications and statistical analysis software.
