Job Title: Advanced Supplier Management - Data Analyst

About the Role:

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Advanced Supplier Management team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating supplier performance, analyzing data, and driving recommendations to improve our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and standardize data collection/maintenance structures for evaluating supplier performance.
  • Conduct analysis on qualitative and quantitative data to drive recommendations.
  • Collaborate with assessment teams to embed data-driven intelligence into supplier capability assessments.
  • Streamline and automate activities related to historical reviews of supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to maintain data around team metrics and supplier capability assessments.
  • Utilize dashboards to illustrate historical trends and observations for suppliers.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong Data analysis/synthesis skills to consolidate assessment observations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and collaboration skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of MS Office applications and statistical analysis software.
