Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the Business:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our application systems and work closely with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document business and user requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to meet our business needs.
    • Research and identify new application systems to support our changing business requirements.
    • Support the development of test scenarios to ensure system development and changes meet business needs.
    • Protect our company's information assets and ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Working Well with Others:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and continuous improvement enhancements.
    • Support application users by resolving system-related problems in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure system development meets their needs.
  • Delivering Results:
    • Manage and support our enterprise software applications, ensuring they meet business needs and priorities.
    • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement enhancements.
    • Support production systems to ensure they operate according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements with the business.
    • Configure ERP, CRM, or integrated systems to meet business needs and priorities.
  • Concern for Safety:
    • Understand the importance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to yourself and the organization.
    • Advocate for the safety of others and report hazards, near misses, incidents, and observed unsafe acts and conditions.
    • Participate in corrective action processes and resolve audit-related actions.
    • Demonstrate safe behavior and adherence to procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or degree with 5+ years of information systems experience.
  • Experience with large projects, such as ERP or CRM implementations.
  • Experience with production support of application systems.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of application systems in a business environment, preferably with Workday and Salesforce.
  • Fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
  • Project Management skills preferred.
  • QA testing skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of COBIT preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
