Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical configuration, development, and user support of enterprise software applications.
  • Project work, continuous improvement, and production support to ensure our enterprise applications meet business capabilities and requirements.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document business and user requirements.
  • Identification of improved ways for application systems to meet CSA's evolving business needs.
  • Research and identification of new application systems to transformationally meet changing business needs.
  • Support in the development of test scenarios to ensure system development and changes meet business needs.
  • Protection of the company's information assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or degree with 5+ years of information systems experience.
  • Experience with large projects, such as ERP or CRM implementations.
  • Experience with production support of application systems. ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of application systems in a business environment, preferably with Workday and Salesforce.
  • Fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile).
  • Project Management skills preferred.
  • QA testing skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of COBIT preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
