As a key member of ANDRITZ's Automation & Digitalization division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative electrical and control engineering projects that drive plant productivity, reliability, and sustainability for our North American customers.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Auditing industrial facilities and developing preliminary engineering designs and estimates for electrical and control system upgrades;
- Completing electrical control and instrumentation system design, including P&ID drawings, control system architecture, and instrumentation systems;
- Designing, programming, and configuring DCS and PLC/HMI applications;
- Preparing and evaluating tender and construction packages, including electrical and instrumentation drawings, installation specifications, and other supporting documentation;
- Performing protection and control systems design and settings;
- Performing system checkout, testing, and commissioning.
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and travel domestically and internationally.
ANDRITZ offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000, based on a 40-hour work week, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and a defined contribution pension plan.
