  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in early childhood education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and child development principles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
