- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in early childhood education is an asset.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and child development principles.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 35-40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
