Job Summary

This internship opportunity involves working as part of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team to ensure the accuracy and organization of data within our program. You will support data collection and cleansing efforts, collaborate with team members, and assist with data input and quality control.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the success of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program
  2. Support data collection and cleansing efforts
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and address data gaps
  4. Assist with data input and quality control
  5. Review and organize data collection requirements
  6. Assist in data collection and cleansing for assets and parts
  7. Work with data collectors to identify missing assets
  8. Assist business units with data gathering and input in database
  9. Assist with quality control checks for all completed templates prior to test loads
  10. Assist with spot checks after test load
  11. Digitize or organize documentation to be included in asset/part records
  12. Participate in HxGN EAM System testing (SIT, UAT)
  13. Responsible for updating data collection dashboard/reporting
  14. Assist with administrative support

Qualifications

  • Prefers students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or entering full-time post-secondary studies
  • Able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Working in an office setting
  • Medium level computer experience
  • Basic tablet experience
  • Medium level experience with excel
  • Communicating skills within a team setting and one-on-one
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Teams
  • Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Independent worker with little supervision
  • Possibility of some travel to other offices
  • Committed to Health and Safety
