  • We are seeking a charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • This role involves working on the store floor, interacting with customers, and providing product knowledge to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, stock replenishment, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with customers, colleagues, wholesale and trade representatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada and a minimum age of 18 years.
  • Able to submit to a Criminal Background Check prior to commencing work with the LCBO.
