About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps practices for our IFS Cloud ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for the IFS ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for system deployments, configuration management, and monitoring.
  • Conduct system development and configuration activity within controlled settings.
  • Work with the Platform and Environment Manager to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of system environments.
  • Oversee system provisioning, configuration, and integration with other tools and platforms.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business processes to ensure system configuration is optimally aligned.
  • Implement and manage monitoring solutions to track system performance, availability, and health.
  • Analyze telemetry, performance metrics, and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong skills in system configuration management, version control, and deployment automation.
  • Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automation, and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, MS Bicep, Docker, and Kubernetes.
