Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Brick. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure that all sales staff are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control cash handling and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail sales or management is an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have their own transportation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
