Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic System Administrator / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will balance responsibilities across system administration and business analytics, with a particular focus on Microsoft's Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps).

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration (30%)
    • Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of critical IT services.
    • Implement and manage security measures to protect data and IT assets.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
    • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning and testing.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems and applications.
  • Power Platform Development (70%)
    • Power BI:
      • Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for the business.
      • Connect to various data sources, including MS SQL, MySQL Server, CSV, and Excel, to integrate and transform data for reporting purposes.
      • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
      • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
    • Power Automate:
      • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
      • Monitor and maintain existing Power Automate flows to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
      • Collaborate with business users to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation.
    • Power Apps:
      • Develop custom applications using Power Apps to solve business problems and enhance productivity.
      • Integrate Power Apps with other systems and data sources to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
      • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Power Apps solutions.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and business analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
    • Strong experience with data sources such as MS SQL, MySQL Server, CSV, and Excel.
    • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
