Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Director to join our team at Home Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate product development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, strategy, or a related field, preferably in a regulated Canadian financial institution.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and market trends.
