Job Title: Agricultural / Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Service Technician (Mechanic) to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment in Grand Falls, NB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Precision Ag products
  • Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop skills and knowledge
  • Perform diagnosis and repair in the field as required
  • Support customer clinics
  • Maintain current knowledge of company competitive products
  • Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
  • Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
  • Account for all time and material used in performing assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Years of experience performing service repairs
  • Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures
  • Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
  • Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
  • Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
  • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
  • Heavy Equipment or Agricultural Technician education preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
