This rotational position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our fast-paced operations team, collaborating with individuals across all areas of the business. As a Project/Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting and practicing company values, monitoring construction productivity, and identifying trends or gaps in budget.

You will also determine daily progress, provide data to project schedulers, and prepare material take-offs, source material pricing, assess productivity rates, and estimate work hour requirements. Additionally, you will assist with project scheduling, identify and communicate risk mitigation plans, and coordinate procurement of equipment and technology from vendors/suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to effectively present concepts and proposals to all personnel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You should also have proficiency in the use and application of computers and related software, including Microsoft software, specifically Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam, and CAD.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Promote and practice company values in nurturing a safe, creative, innovative, and enjoyable work environment.
  • Monitor construction productivity and identify trends or gaps in budget.
  • Determine daily progress and provide data to Project Scheduler/Planner.
  • Prepare material take-offs, source material pricing, assess productivity rates, and estimate work hour requirements.
  • Identify and assist with the management of project resources with appropriate skills and levels.
  • Assist with project scheduling to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Identify, communicate, and implement risk mitigation plans to project completion (time/budget).
