Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 2432969 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and services.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food service offerings and drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity and pressure to meet deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
