Job Description for Senior Foreman

At Trade Craft Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreman to oversee our general construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, apprentices, and trades helpers to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work sites to ensure high-quality construction and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in construction management, valid driver's license, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
