Senior Commercial Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Angus Consulting Management Limited Eastern. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with experience in managing large commercial spaces. You will be responsible for:
- Directing and controlling the operations of our commercial facilities;
- Evaluating the performance of our facilities and identifying areas for improvement;
- Developing and implementing schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs;
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems;
- Planning, organizing, and directing administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 people and working closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise will also be required to troubleshoot problems related to equipment and administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a senior role;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
