Job Title: Data Management Specialist

At The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada), we are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data management standards and processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and understand business requirements to develop complete business solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data management.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, data science, computer science).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, and/or data quality.
  • Strong skills in managing partners and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic direction, business, and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry, banking, and insurance products.
