About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Banking Professional to join our team in Thompson, Canada. As an RBC Ambassador inside our branches, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized service, identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients in the branch to deliver outstanding service experiences
  • Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to drive memorable client experiences and retain business
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first. You should have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, as well as digital literacy across a broad range of devices. A personal flexibility to work flexible hours is also essential. Additionally, you should be confident in learning financial concepts and willing to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
