Job Description

GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a Restaurant Service Team Member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry and replace linen to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for customers.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure efficient service.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to meet health and safety standards.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used to monitor inventory and manage waste.
  • Packaging take-out food in a way that maintains food quality and presentation.
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately and neatly to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Serve customers promptly and with a smile at counters or buffet tables.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients and supplies to maintain product freshness.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly to prevent odors and pest infestations.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives regularly to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing to create a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • The fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and multitasking skills to meet customer needs.
  • Repetitive tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing may be physically demanding.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and lifting are required to perform job duties effectively.
