Parts Specialist
U-Haul is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate the receipt and storage of parts and materials
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
