Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize project tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
