About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a leader in a dynamic retail environment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Meet or exceed payroll targets by maintaining a selling focus, ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Team Development: Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent; teach, coach, and train associates to improve their success and selling potential.
  • Customer Experience: Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and gathering customer information.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in leading teams in a customer-based sales environment.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record driving sales results, strong communication skills, and ability to foster a customer-centric selling culture.
  • Availability: Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak periods.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including 40% merchandise discount, free product, and opportunities for career growth and development.
