Payroll Coordinator for Automotive Industry

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our automotive industry clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple clients in the automotive industry
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit payroll tax returns
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
- Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll
- Maintain payroll records and files
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
