The Role

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Innovation Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Pine Homes. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our Engineering & Design teams to create and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the product. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Working closely with our Engineering team to guide the development process, from concept to launch, and ensure all milestones are met on time.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies, identify customer needs, and differentiate Pine Homes in the market.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to regularly assess product performance and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Design, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless product rollouts and alignment on customer needs.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to refine product vision, secure necessary resources, and support product goals.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate listing and property search ecosystem, staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
Your Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within real estate, proptech, or a similar digital platform environment.
  • Proven success managing technical products, ideally with experience in data-driven platforms or real estate listing tools.
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric products that solve real problems.
