About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. as a Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Occupational Therists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Valid CPR certification and a reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
