We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing incoming requisitions, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area, ensuring accurate inventory levels and easy access to stock.
- Process incoming requisitions, preparing orders to replenish parts and supplies, and maintaining records on our inventory control system.
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, identifying, labeling, and cataloging items received.
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Prepare and track work orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with team members as needed.
- Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a dusty and noisy environment.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
