Job Opportunity:

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join their advisory team as an Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to Investment Advisors
  • Assist in the management of client accounts, including administrative duties and data entry
  • Prepare client reviews and presentations, and coordinate meetings with Investment Advisors
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate records
  • Assist in the preparation of mailings, reports, and other materials
  • Monitor pending transfers and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
