Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to build a strong foundation in your career? Black & McDonald's Corporate Service Group is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Markham/Thornhill, ON.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to computer users for hardware, software, network, and related systems.
- Utilize effective communication, technical, and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, and/or ticket management systems.
- Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights, as well as set up equipment and provide ongoing support.
- Identify and escalate priority incidents to next-level support and/or vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies, protocols, and standards.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements
- English language proficiency (French is an asset).
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- ITIL, A+, and Net+ certifications are an asset.
