The Healthy Way Medical Diagnostic Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with daily operations, ensuring seamless patient care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain comprehensive case histories, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner, considering the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, guaranteeing easy access to essential documents.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Prepare and format electronic medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Establish and maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Support meeting preparation by creating draft agendas and accurately transcribing minutes, facilitating effective communication.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate, reflecting a solid educational foundation.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Possess excellent oral communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Show initiative and a proactive approach, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrate organization and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Compensation
