Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at Headwaters Health Care Centre. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for patient access and flow management, ensuring seamless care delivery to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily bed management meetings to optimize patient flow and access
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide leadership and support to staff in the absence of management and administrative teams

Requirements:

  • Current registration from an Ontario Health Professions College
  • Baccalaureate Degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years recent leadership experience
  • Previous clinical experience of 3-5 years
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and team building skills
