About the Role
This position involves working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our ONE LabPro products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and sales, to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers using VIAVI's ONE LabPro products
- Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration, and usage
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common problems
Preferred Qualifications
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
Any relevant certifications related to Ethernet or network testing
