Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant - Legal & Finance to provide support to our Corporate Counsel and finance team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative assistance, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with document drafting: Assist with the creation of routine real estate, banking, partnership, and other transactional documents, including land sales agreements, builder contracts, banking documents, and partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate corporate events: Arrange and plan corporate events, including coordinating availability, researching venues, and handling related billing.
  • Manage document execution and delivery: Assist with the execution and delivery of documents internally, externally, and electronically (e.g., DocuSign).
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes: Take detailed and accurate meeting minutes, and ensure confidentiality and privacy of information at all times.
  • Manage time and workflow: Manage paperwork with multiple demands, manage time, resources, workflow, and deadlines.
