Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at KUSHI CANNABIS. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Process returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Work Setting: Our store is a retail environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working in a team environment with other sales associates, managers, and support staff.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
