Job Summary

Trademark Logistics Inc is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordinate - Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Vehicle Operator Support - Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and maintain vehicle operator work records.
  • Scheduling and Planning - Schedule assignments and coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Emergency Response - Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience - Experience an asset.
  • Language - Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours - 40 hours per week.
