Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Trip Laureate Limited. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Coordination
    • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
    • Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain work records and logs
    • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
    • Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance
  • Scheduling and Planning
    • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Langue de travail: Anglais
    • Heures de travail: 35 to 40 hours per week
