We are seeking individuals with disabilities to participate in our Persons with Disabilities Internship program, providing them with practical experience in various fields such as research and development, engineering, technology, administration, library science, computer science, trades, business, finance, human resources, and other professions.

Job Description

The internship will last for approximately 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension. As an intern, you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, having access to superior equipment, facilities, and expertise.

Your responsibilities may include assisting in research projects, data analysis, and other tasks related to your field of interest.

Requirements
  • You must be a person with a disability, as defined by the Canadian Human Rights Act.
  • You must have obtained a High School diploma (or grade 12 equivalent).
Benefits

As an intern at National Research Council Canada, you will be compensated at the appropriate salary for the specific position's classification group and level.

In addition, if you meet the language requirements of the specific position, you will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
