Role Overview

The Senior Manager of International Wealth Management Finance will provide support in the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. They will have a strong data mindset with the ability to distill complex financial scenarios and provide recommendations that will enhance International Wealth Management results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly forecast and annual plan across our international footprint, including LatAM and Caribbean countries, and our Offshore business units.
  • Own the reporting of Pacific Alliance Country results (forecast/actuals) and ensure accuracy and challenge variances.
  • Act as a business partner to support the Bank/business strategy, including the implementation of strategies such as the Global Wealth Customer Primacy strategy.
  • Manage ad-hoc business analysis to support business strategies, including Enterprise-Wide Stress Testing (EWST) and Business Line Management initiatives.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Requirements

  • CFA, MBA, MFin, and/or Accounting Designation preferred.
  • 8 years of work experience in the financial service industry, with experience in Finance, Strategy, Global Banking and Markets, and/or Global Wealth Management.
  • Material knowledge of the Wealth Management and Financial Institutions industry and their products/businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior-level management.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.
  • Experience with Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning & Forecasting, and PeopleSoft.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
